The Employment Program helps Internationally Educated Professionals gain the non-technical skills to transition smoothly to the Canadian workplace through a combination of employment counselling, preparation for licensure/certification, information sessions, professional mentorship, and work placement supports in order to achieve these goals.

Ability Employment offers pre-employment and employment services to adult Albertans with disabilities or chronic mental health conditions that may be preventing them from finding and maintaining successful employment in Lethbridge and the surrounding area.
